Volunteer As A Team Manager
Each Wellesley Premier Club (WPC) team has a volunteer Team Manager who plays a key role in supporting the team’s organization and communication.
Team Managers serve as the primary link between coaches, parents, and opposing teams — helping ensure each season runs smoothly.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Maintaining an up-to-date team contact list (emails and phone numbers)
- Sharing schedule changes and updates with families
- Tracking player availability for practices and games in TeamSnap
- Confirming game details (time, location, opponent) and communicating them to families
- Acting as the main point of contact with opposing team managers
- Supporting positive communication between parents and coaches
- Helping uphold the “24-hour rule” for game- or coaching-related concerns
Team Managers focus on communication and coordination only — coaches handle all player, lineup, and gameplay decisions.
If you’re interested in becoming a Team Manager, please contact Lewis Wright.
