In an effort to be consistent for all K - 3 grade teams, the WUSC provides a template for certificates to be presented at the end of the season. The certificates are designed with a space for a team picture that we suggest be taken at the beginning or middle of the season. We also encourage, if you desire, a special treat at the field or home. DO NOT present trophies, medals or plaques.

The Certficate is attached below in both a PDF and a PPT (Powerpoint) format.  You can  copy in a digital photo to the PPT and type in the team and player names or just print the PDF and fill it out.
