To do the best job at improving our program and selecting the best coaches for every team, we really need your inputs as to how the season has been going. We have a newly designed 1 page feedback form that should only take 2 minutes to complete.
The goal this season is 100% participation from all families on feedback on the current season for each of their youth soccer players.
It is crucial for us to know about your experience this spring so that we can make our program the best it can be and make the necessary adjustments from spring to fall. In an effort to make the feedback as open and honest as possible, all feedback will be remain anonymous with complete results only shared with the WUSC Travel Committee (Grade 4-8) or In-town Coordinator (grades K-3). Names or specific references in comments will not be shared with the coach.
